This is delicious tonkotsu ramen at a reasonable price. My bowl was ¥720. The broth is great. The pork meat melts in your mouth. If you like your broth THICC then this is the place to go.

2025年12月に西国三社参りをした後に訪問しました。 『せっかく和歌山に来たのだから和歌山ラーメンが食べたい』などと駄々をこねる相方に対し『和歌山の人が和歌山の水を使って作ったラーメンは全て和歌山ラーメンでええやんけ?それに最近の和歌山は九州発祥の豚骨ラーメンが流行っとるんやで?』と説き伏せて訪れたお店で御座います。 長浜らーめんという文字から福岡市長浜地区発祥の安くて早いあっさり系な長浜ラーメンをリスペクトしていると想像して行ったのですが、実際に行ってみて感じた印象は長浜ラーメンの良いところを取り入れて発展した福岡市博多地区発祥の博多ラーメン寄りのお店なんじゃないかと思いました。 博多ラーメンと同じで単価高めだったけどコッテリでめっちゃ美味しいかったよ。(^ω^) と色々と書きましたが、福岡市に住む人でも長浜ラーメンと博多ラーメンの違いがわからないって言うのだから細かいことは気にしない気にしない。 重要なのは美味しいラーメンが食べられるお店がどうかと言うことさ。 ここのお店は美味しいよ! 贅沢をいえばテーブルの上に早寿司を置いてくれてたら完璧だったのに・・・それが残念無念で御座います。(´・ω・) 長浜ラーメンの良いところと和歌山ラーメンの良いところを取り入れて更なる高みを目指せば唯一無二な良い店になると思います。今後に期待で星四つ。 ※お店の中の写真は、お店の方に許可をとってから撮影いたしました。
ランチに行き、博多冷麺で醤油スープの黒940円にしました。スープは豚骨や鶏ガラなど動物系MIXダシに醤油ダレかえし、麺はラーメンと同じで細めのストレート正角麺、具は煮バラチャーシュー・煮卵・もやし・ワカメ・きざみ海苔・きざみ青ネギで、白ゴマも散らされています。夏に相応しい、塩みと酸味が強くアクセントの効いた一杯ですね。麺は少し柔めながら、他との合いや具の仕上がりもよく、バランス的にも優れていると思います。店内衛生面は標準的で、値段面では少し高いですが、卓上味変が豊富で付加価値があります。接遇面では、店主さん店員さんたちみなが丁寧で愛想よく好印象です。トータル評価は星4つにします。
